Everest Royale - Entertainment destination in Kathmandu, Nepal

Studio Chintala provided master planning and concept design services to NB Group to develop a mixed-use entertainment destination i.e. “mini-Las Vegas” organized around a central Casino. The plan integrates hotels, workplace, residential, and retail buildings overlooking a large water body.
